1) Commitment to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact
OHWY has adopted the ten principles of the UN Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and the fight against corruption. We are therefore committed to applying for the UN Global Compact as soon as we are officially registered as an NGO.
2) Commitment to supporting all the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Commitment to supporting all the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations (UN), and particularly the third goal: Good Health and Well-being.
OHWY is committed to openness, honesty, and straightforwardness about its projects and activities. We are able and willing to provide information about our assets, income, and expenditure.
Passion is our driving force. We are passionate about what we do, about serving our community, and about working towards achieving equal access to healthcare.
We are committed to providing healthcare services to the target groups regardless of race, religious and political affiliations/views, gender, sect, class, and disability.
6) Diversity, Equality and Mutual Respect
We realize that diversity enriches our work and experience, and so we encourage healthy debate among our members and seek to ensure that our team includes members of underrepresented groups. We also ensure equal opportunities for everyone who wishes to join us. We have zero tolerance for bullying, discrimination, harassment, and victimization, and we believe that every human must be treated with respect.
We believe that the success of our humanitarian mission requires commitment to the highest principles towards everyone with whom we work and the communities we serve.
